They charged a different price than what was listed, breakfast was served in a mall instead of the hotel, the AC was broken, and the WiFi couldn't handle a voice call.

The location was good, but the rooms were often not cleaned properly, towels weren't replaced and sheets weren't changed; there was no staff to help with luggage at check‑in, so we had to carry it ourselves, and the staff could have been more responsive and pleasant; aside from the location, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Only the location was decent; the hotel feels run down. I stayed here about nine years ago when it had just opened and it was amazing then. It has a lot of potential, but no one seems to care or they might be waiting to be acquired. Cleanliness is lacking, there's no dedicated restaurant, the food at the mall restaurant is below average, and most staff appear untrained.
