The staff were very helpful, and everything else was fine.

The stay was clean, comfortable, and quiet, but there was no drinking water and only a simple towel for two people; there was no elevator service, so we had to use the stairs, though the room was small and easy to manage.

The room was comfortable, everything worked well, the air‑conditioning, staff, and service were all excellent, but there is no longer an elevator or restaurant, so everything must be done on the stairs.
