The location is quiet, and every staff member was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Cleanliness was flawless throughout the hotel – the room and common areas were spotless. The food was decent, solid home‑style fare that offers something for everyone. The only downside was the lack of an elevator; we had to haul our heavy suitcase up to the 3rd floor ourselves, which was extremely tiring.

Location excellent, breakfast very good, food very tasty. Bathroom is old and could use a makeover. The beds were not very comfortable

It was clear that the rooms were top‑conditioned and clean (that was not the case before). Praise for the chef for the fish dishes we tried. The breakfast buffet was very rich with everything one could desire. The staff were friendly and cheerful, but not overly flattering. The location by the Bode is simply romantic. Highly recommended! A luggage lift especially for older people would be a great investment

Everything was excellent: the location was perfect, the food was good, the breakfast solid, and the service friendly. The beds were comfortable, and when I asked for a smaller pillow for my neck, they provided one right away, which was great. The place was very clean.
