I was surprised to see that the app is still active despite the hotel being closed. It's really frustrating that the booking platform didn't remove the listing. I had to contact them to ask them to take it down, which was a hassle.

The hotel's location was pretty convenient, but unfortunately, it was also super noisy. The owner seemed nice at first, but his attitude really changed when I asked him to fix the air conditioner, which wasn't working properly. I was expecting a bit more from the room, especially considering the price. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the issues with the air conditioner and the owner's attitude really made it hard to relax.

The hotel's central location was a major plus, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by some major issues with the air conditioning. The unit in my room would turn on and then randomly shut off, leaving me feeling hot and uncomfortable. The staff seemed friendly and helpful, but it was clear they needed to address this problem ASAP. For a hotel that's supposed to provide a comfortable stay, this was a major letdown.

I booked a room through a booking platform and had confirmed the reservation with the code. But when I arrived on the check-in date, the staff told me that the room was fully booked, and when I showed them the reservation code, they just shrugged it off and said something about the app being useless. The whole experience was really frustrating, but the staff did seem friendly and helpful when I was checking out.

I was really disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. I'd paid for my room in advance and even settled the bill, but when I arrived, the staff refused to let me in, claiming the owner was away and hadn't left any instructions for check-in. They just told me to leave and even the phone number I had for the hotel wasn't working. It felt like a total scam.
