The view from the window was truly fantastic, the bed was comfortable, and it was close to attractions yet on the side. However, the lock on the entrance door jammed, the TV didn’t work (apparently for at least a year based on reviews), the elevator was unavailable, I couldn’t start the dryer, the fridge’s thermostat seemed broken and froze drinks excessively (great for chilling drinks but terrible for food), and overall the room wasn’t suitable for even small cooking tasks. The wardrobe was large but only had three hangers, and the drawer wouldn’t open. The room could have been great, but the messiness and carelessness made it lose a lot.

Uitzicht. De hele dag vanaf 7.15 uur tot einde middag bouwwerkzaamheden met name doorslijpen van tegels op de eerste verdieping. De douchecabine was erg krap 70x70

The view over Bergamo’s rooftops was wonderful and the location was perfect for exploring the upper city; we’ll definitely return and highly recommend it! The room lacked curtains, blinds, or shutters to darken it.
