I was surprised that the hotel wasn’t crowded, even though it’s so good. Service was excellent, especially Sisira. There’s no pool or gym, but that didn’t matter for our visit. I can’t think of any negatives.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, thanks to the superb room we were given and the fantastic staff. The free upgrade was a lovely touch, and we'd definitely recommend this place to others. However, the lack of a dedicated parking area was a bit of a letdown, especially considering the hotel's high standards.

The hotel's exterior doesn't quite live up to its 4-star rating, but the views from the room more than make up for it. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
