Our room and the whole property was like a home from home, clean and so comfortable. Really friendly and fabulous breakfast choice. Can’t fault it

Ontbijt was prima. Locatie is uitstekend. 20 minuten lopen maar vanaf strand naar Stadium of Light! En vooral een uitstekende lieve Gastvrouw. Ze heeft ons mooie tips gegeven over Sunderland. We hadden wel het geluk dat we mooi weer hadden. De verliespartij van sunderland! Beetje goed restaurant blijft zoeken

Excellent continental breakfast - self help. The sink in my bedroom was very small - couldn't have a shave !
