The staff behave excellently, and the place feels secure and comfortable. Parking is not available and the television did not work for the entire stay.

None. I had booked but when we reached the hotel they said the booking was cancelled. We received no notification, and even when I connected with them they didn't have this update. The booking is still active for them as well. If you are going to this hotel, be ready for cancellation.

The location is fantastic, you can walk everywhere and at night I didn't hear any noise. The staff were very kind and attentive. It doesn't have a view of the lake, but that wasn't an issue. I had an excellent stay.
