Warm welcome. Good room. The staff listened to our needs. Nice breakfast.

The room was fine, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and polite. Breakfast offered a wide selection of hot and cold items. However, we only had breakfast during our stay, and the hot food was always lukewarm or cold, despite the broad choice. Because of the food issues, we never tried the restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, der Kaffee maximal mittelmäßig - Automatenkaffee. Abendessen nahezu ungewürzt, wenn man das weiß, dann ist es OK. Außerdem für mich zu wenig "kurzgebratenes". Getränke beim Abendessen - nur lauwarmes Wasser - dort wird mehr auf VERKAUFEN als auf SERVICE geachtet, unangenehm. Zimmerreinigung war OK, aber nicht Top. Personal war größtenteils freundlich und sympathisch, An der Rezeption ab 4 Menschen leichte Überforderung, aber alles OK
