“Wasn't there for fun, just needed a night to stay.”
The staff were very friendly and helpful to me. Whatever I didn’t like wasn’t their fault. It was an especially hot day, so the room was hot. It was close to the outskirts, so there was a freeway where you could hear cars if you opened the windows. As I said, it wasn’t their fault.
When I got there at 4 pm the front door was locked, so I had to call the owner and wait for him to arrive to check me in. The TV in the first room I was handed didn’t work, so I was moved to another room that was fine and had a kettle, something the first room lacked. I picked the location because it was the quickest walk to Hanau Hbf, but room 11 had traffic noise from a very busy main road outside. The location was convenient for train travel, but the road noise was bad, and the windows were slightly open because of the heat.
