I was really impressed by how the hotel organized family-friendly facilities, even preparing matching bathrobes and slippers for kids of various ages – a rare touch in Italian hotels. The pool, kids’ room, and jacuzzi made the stay more enjoyable, and I’d highly recommend it for families. The staff were incredibly friendly and it was clear they genuinely cared about guests; the hotel’s family‑centric approach was evident. Thanks for the small travel package left when we checked out and the gifts for the kids – that was a nice surprise. I’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and acquaintances! On the downside, the dinner menu for children could have been more varied, and there were no women’s hygiene products in the rooms.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. The hotel is very dog‑friendly, providing a food bowl and a dog bed in the room. The décor is modern and upscale. There’s nothing much to criticize, though the coffee at breakfast could be warmer if it came from the full‑automatic machine.

The reception staff were extremely kind – you feel welcomed right away. The hotel services and breakfast were superb, rooms were very clean, and the bar offered snacks all day long. Free electric bicycles were available.
