The property offers a guest lounge, shared kitchen, hot tub, sauna, and Go-Kartz (additional charge). It's a short walk to Fitzroy Beach, 2-minute drive to Fitzroy Golf Club, and 5-minute drive to New Plymouth Town Centre.

The unit was a basic two‑bedroom with a kitchen and lounge in the same area; it was clean and had most of the things we needed, and it was reasonably quiet and peaceful. The price we paid was extremely high—$356 for one night—and we later found out that this was likely due to an American Car event in the area. When I was showering and touched part of the shower holder, I received a low‑grade electric shock; when I told the staff, they said they knew about the problem and that it was an electrical earthing issue that nobody seemed keen to fix…Hmmmmm…

Wie immer war alles sehr sauber, der Pool war auch schön. Eine sehr einfache Hütte und kein Vergleich mit dem anderen Holiday Park in New Plymouth mit direktem Mehrzugang.

A good place to stay for a short trip and value for money; the accommodation also has a BBQ area for all guests to use, and I was very surprised by this—happy to use it again on our next stay. No air‑con in the room.
