But the listing was unclear: the photos promised an outdoor pool and spa, yet they were empty and it turned out we had no access—just a “garden view” that wasn’t even maintained. The room photo didn’t match reality; it was actually a pull‑out sofa bed (see photo) that wasn’t mentioned in the ad. There was no real sofa bed (just a 2‑seat L‑shaped couch) and no instructions on how to unfold it. No info on how to reach the Wi‑Fi, no real fridge space, a tiny balcony that was filthy with cigarette butts (proof attached), and a mop lying around.
