“This experience was not what I expected having stayed several times in the last 2 weeks”
I was familiar with the location. 1. Shower head was detached from wall. Bathroom 2, The door binder in bathroom 3, the water pressure from the shower was far too high, 4, Extract system was very noisy in a near buy area and could be heard from the room 5, my sleep was interrupted at 4 am from the above noise
The staff were chatty, friendly and eager to help, but the room got a little noisy when the wedding party started that evening.
“Wonderful”
The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, though the lighting could use some improvement.
Thanks for your feedback! We’re happy you enjoyed your stay overall and appreciate your comments about the vegetarian options at breakfast. Your input helps us improve for all guests. We look forward to welcoming you back for another great experience! The downside was that you had to pay extra to use the pool after paying for the hotel—paying separately for the pool was a hassle.
The staff were courteous and I was assigned a ground‑floor room; it was roomy and the bedding was cozy.
