The location is good. I paid for a large double room for two people, but ended up with a rather small room with a 140 cm bed, a narrow blanket, and in the bathroom only one bath towel. The reception’s handling of the complaint was terrible. The breakfast itself was fine, not outstanding, for example the scrambled eggs were cold.

Amazing hotel for relaxation and comfort. Located by Thun lake with views. The room and bathroom are quiet, neat, and clean. The hotel offers free shuttle to downtown. The bus stop is in front of the hotel. The reception staff are very helpful and cooperative. Everything is fine 😄
