Everything was perfect – the neighborhood, room quality, rooftop kitchen access, and especially the kindness of the hosts Istuti, with no negatives.

It was the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed; I initially booked 3 nights, then extended twice, ending up with 6 days because I didn’t want to leave – a green, peaceful house! I did notice some ants and geckos during my stay, but that didn’t bother me.

The location is good, but many nearby hotels are better; a bit more density would improve comfort. The host is nice and tried to make everything right, yet there’s no soundproofing – in neighboring rooms you can hear even quiet conversations and motorcycles at night. The two rooms with windows are the only ones that have them; the others are windowless. Breakfast was cold late in the morning, the fan was broken and only ran at maximum speed, but it was fixed the next day with a squeaky operation. The TV didn’t work, they promised to fix it in 8 days and never did.
