Phenomenal experience—service was first‑rate, every wish seemed read from my lips. From the warm welcome to the gorgeous design throughout the hotel and my room, and even the private rooftop, everything was thought out to the smallest detail. The full‑body massage was highly recommended and left me feeling completely at ease; the service even surpasses typical 5‑star standards.

The place was gorgeous and very stylishly decorated, the staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast—especially the coffee—was delicious. The small rooftop pool area with a sauna was great, offering a nice mountain view, and we received a complimentary gondola pass that made hiking up the mountain very convenient.

We spent three beautiful nights at Stieg’nhaus and were thrilled throughout. Our suite was dreamy and meticulously decorated, and the whole property radiated the passion poured into its concept and design, creating a private, cozy atmosphere that made the stay feel special. The hosts and the entire team were exceptionally warm, attentive, and genuine, treating our one‑year‑old with such care that our family felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was superb, and we truly enjoyed our time and look forward to returning.
