“Agriturismo bello con qualche difetto.”
The Godiola sits in an exceptional spot on the hills between Tuscany and Umbria, with fantastic scenery and well‑maintained, lush gardens. Markets and great restaurants are close by, and at night only crickets can be heard, providing true peace. I especially liked the free laundry facilities where you can wash and dry clothes. The rooms are spacious and just the right amount of rustic. It’s a magical place for atmosphere and surrounding nature. However, the kitchen equipment was good, but the gas stove was very old and poorly functioning—needs updating. The double bed was soft and sagging; it bounced with every movement, making it uncomfortable. The pool’s bottom looked a bit brownish.
