“Hotel that doesn't care about their guests”

The location works if you’re arriving by ferry, and the breakfast is decent though not great. Construction on the 7th and 8th floors was a surprise—no one mentioned it when I booked or at check‑in. Inside the room, a note warned of possible noise from 9 am to 5 pm, but it was actually quite loud and annoying. Charging full price when you can’t guarantee quiet is unfair, and on 26 Sep there was a loud wedding dinner on the 1st floor that kept playing until 10 pm—anyone on the 4th floor could hear it, which was disrespectful. This kind of event should be disclosed beforehand. Service was painfully slow: we asked for swimming‑pool towels at the lobby (as the note near the pool instructed) and had to wait over 30 min, after three reminders. Two margaritas took almost an hour to arrive, so we were already asleep when they were delivered. Even getting two extra towels took over 40 min, and they never gave more than two at a time even though three people were in the room. The rooms themselves were worn, smelly, and the walls were thin—my mother‑in‑law and I stayed in connected rooms, but a different family could have been disturbed.

The location was great, just next to the Ferry Terminal.

Everything about the hotel was very good, but the external window had algae that blocked a nice view of the city. I heard they’re upgrading, so I hope that gets addressed.

Convenient, clean, and comfortable. The lift door didn’t shut tightly when it moved.
