The service was excellent.

The reception staff were excellent. The restaurant had chefs shouting, touching each other, and chatting loudly about personal matters; the grill chef was poorly trained and bad.

The location is great. The housekeepers asked for tips, which I never had to do in any other hotel of that chain when cleaning my room.
