The breakfast was solid and the place was really quiet, plus the location couldn't be better. The only thing that kept me from rating it higher was the mattress – it felt like a board. Other than that, a decent stay.

The hotel looks nice, but our night was a mess. We were told there was hot water and air‑conditioning, yet when we got there no one was around and the fan died in the middle of the night, leaving us with icy water at 6:30 am. The staff blamed a power cut and offered no real compensation, so I wouldn't come back unless they install a generator.

The view from the rooms is outstanding and the staff are genuinely friendly. Unfortunately, dinner was limited to fast‑food‑style dishes with very little variety, and the café only operated on weekends with a rushed service. It’s a mixed bag.

I loved the pool area, the scenery, and the Jacuzzi – they’re all great spots to relax. On the downside, there was no holder for toilet paper, no hook for towels, and breakfast wasn’t a buffet despite the staff being very attentive. The stairs were also a hassle.

Service was friendly and prompt, which I appreciated. The checkout time at 1 pm feels way too early; a later slot would make more sense, especially since there’s only one bathroom and the pool‑side showers are uncomfortable to use while lugging luggage around.
