The spot was great and independent, but the self‑check‑in was a hassle even though I was within the assisted arrival window. The bathroom didn’t supply hot water; I let the water run for about 20 minutes and tried opening all the taps to see if something was blocked. The AC was dead, so it was hot and I slept with the windows open. There was no elevator, which was still tolerable. The most annoying part was the constant opening and closing of other guests’ doors all night—an endless nuisance. I didn’t get a single breakfast, nor a kettle or coffee machine, which is the bare minimum for a self‑contained room.
It was a very good, quiet place, yet only 10 minutes on foot from the old town. Parking was always available nearby. The room was tidy and orderly with a small garden. Unfortunately, hot water wasn’t always available—almost only in the evenings. The fridge didn’t keep things cold properly. It’s odd that it’s called Bed & Breakfast but they don’t provide breakfast.
The shower was excellent.

The location was crazy nice, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the value for money was excellent. The contact person was super communicative, extremely hospitable, and helped fix a hot‑water issue. The balcony was pretty, and there was enough free street parking by the property. The fridge didn’t work very well; we got a bottle of wine and couldn’t cool it down.
