The spot is right in the middle of everything and the owners are super friendly and always ready to help. You can do laundry on site and they give you free drinking water, and the bathroom and room are simple but totally fine for a short stay. The only thing that could be improved is the kitchen’s cutlery, which looks a bit worn out.

It’s a stone’s throw from all the main attractions, the place is tidy and surprisingly quiet, and the hosts are genuinely nice.

From the moment we booked, the hosts were warm, quick to reply, and even helped us sort out airport transport. We loved the pink scooter they let us rent – it made getting around the Bahamas a breeze – and the room was spotless, comfy, and fully stocked. The three friendly dogs added a nice touch, making the whole stay feel welcoming and memorable.

The apartment was spotless and the room felt huge, with the summer‑time AC keeping everything comfortable; the whole building uses keypad entry, so no keys to juggle. The kitchen is well‑equipped (you just bring your own coffee or tea) and the fridge holds plenty of fresh food and drinking water, plus it’s only a short 10‑15 minute walk to downtown and the local fish fry. On the downside, the bathroom lacks any towels or a hand dryer, and there’s no safe in the room for passports or cash.

The location is right near downtown, the place is clean, and the staff were welcoming and gave us useful information. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is noisy, the walls don’t block sound from other short‑term guests, and the property’s dogs barked loudly, making for a restless night.
