Nothing good. They cancelled my booking about ten minutes before we arrived because they gave the room to someone else. I was with my family and had to find another hotel at 11 pm.

The room was damp and in a state of disrepair, making the stay unpleasant.

They were inflexible and refused to assist with any of our requests; when I asked for accommodation and payment details, they simply ignored my questions.

Check‑in was scheduled for 3 pm, but when my wife, our 6‑month‑old daughter and I arrived at 7 pm there was no electricity and no system in place, so we had to wait until almost 11 pm while my daughter cried and we were exhausted; after that I asked for an invoice, but they refused, claiming they were supposed to give it to me, even though Booking does not provide invoices and the hotel is responsible, so the service was terrible.
