“Good value for London with fantastic location right opposite Hyde park.”

Great location, friendly staff, very good value breakfast. This is my go‑to hotel in London after a flight for a night or two. Parts of the building could use a bit of love.

“Hotel 63 is now longer a hotel.”

Nothing positive. The hotel was closed when we arrived on Saturday 10th October and has since been converted into flats. £227 was deducted from my account on 6th October. How can I review a place I didn’t stay at? We spoke to a resident who explained the hotel had been out of operation for about four weeks. I filed a complaint but received no reply. I need a refund ASAP. There is no hotel—just flats. I have proof. No one told me it had closed yet still charged me £227 on 6th October.

“Never stay here”

I arrived to find the hotel closed indefinitely without any warning or information. I had to find a new place to stay. Very disappointed.

The staff were super friendly. The breakfast was very good and the location also. The design isn’t modern, but everything was very clean.

“A warm welcome and perfect location as I was attending an event at Lancaster Gate but also a lovely location right oppos”

First, the very warm and friendly welcome when we arrived. The location was great and the room was very nice and very clean. Nothing was wrong—everything was good.
