“It was a nice and clean place with good staff. Just felt a little unkept in the rooms themselves but the rest of the fac”
The room had a pleasant scent, but the drain was completely broken.

The place was very clean and the staff were super nice.
The hotel feels modern and the staff are lovely, but it’s almost a 10—just a bit more steam cleaning on the floors, walls, and elevator would bring it there.

The bathrooms were freshly renovated and look great, featuring a granite shower surround, glass doors, a granite sink top, and bedside nightstands in a black color with sparkly flakes; the bathroom mirror lighting was also updated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean, and the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion all had a nice scent and cleaned well. However, the carpeting in the hallways looks worn and likely needs replacing, and the towels could use an update.
