Good breakfast buffet, friendly staff, the hotel is close to the city, but the pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

The location is great on the edge of the city center, with short walks to all sights and festivities. The breakfast organization remains poor: although enough staff are present, everything feels completely disorganised. Coffee cups are as scarce as last year and cannot be refilled – there simply are none left. We prefer to have breakfast outside, because indoors everything is limited or far from the buffet. There has been no improvement in a year; the hotel is not prepared or equipped for the number of guests. Good location, but no organisational change.

There is a parking garage for e‑bikes, the room is nice, and the service is pleasant; the breakfast buffet suited us well.
