My dog was with me. Everything was dirty, the room was bad. The manager didn’t care that the room was so filthy; she just said, “it’s hard to clean the dirt off, sorry.” I found her very unprofessional. She didn’t care that the room was uncomfortable for me. I only stayed four hours, then left home—what a waste of money for me. The air conditioner was so dirty that the buttons were invisible.

“Quite comfortable”

It was clean and everything I expected; the room was clean. The only issue was the steps.

I knew what I was getting when I signed up. The place is safe, clean, and suitable for its purpose. The location was excellent. The staff was great. I liked the side of the building facing the thruway; it was peaceful. The property has flowering trees, landscaped grassed areas, and a bench. The unit’s cooling made a little more noise than I would have liked, so I turned it off when I slept. The toilet ran for a bit, but that stopped soon enough. All in all, these small things are par for the course.
