I found the location super handy for moving around, the place was spotless, staff were very helpful, and the private area was pretty good.
“Cockroaches and dust 😁”
The price was 29usd per night, possibly including a change‑date fee because I can’t stand these charges anymore; the room was dirty, had cockroaches inside, the table cover was dusty, the towels were very old, and when I called reception no one handled it.
The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and clean, the facilities were simple but it felt comfortable to stay and relax, and it’s close to many food stands where you can try authentic local food around the area.

In the heart of Thamel, but still separated enough from all the traffic and people on the main streets, the value for money was insane in my opinion; the rooms were clean, well‑lit, had hot bath water on demand, and everything you could ask for a comfortable stay, so if I ever return to Kathmandu this will be the hotel I choose every time.
