I was greeted by a lady staff member/cleaner who was absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to help me check‑in and show me to my room. When I asked if there was a refrigerator on the premises, she indicated there wasn’t, which I expected. After I had my luggage in my room and was about to leave, she was running along the long passageway carrying a bar refrigerator, refusing to let me carry it down the passageway. The motel/hotel was in a quiet location, very clean, and had everything a solo Australian bike rider needed for an overnight stay. The location was convenient for my bike journey to Constanta. The accommodation was very good for one night, but the absolute highlight was the lady who handled check‑in and cleaning. The owners have a great staff member and should reward her as the best front‑person an employer could have. If you have a car, restaurants and cafés are nearby. My rating is based on how good the staff member was for me, and the accommodation was quite okay for my one‑night stay. Nothing to dislike.

Actually nothing, see below. What we received did not match what was in the confirmation: no minibar, no hairdryer, no seat, no dryer, a blocked shower drain that caused the floor to flood or required us to remove water after the first spray. The air‑conditioner also whined like a heavy aircraft and needs revision. Overall, not recommended. The staff tried to correct the issues but were unsuccessful with the manager.

The bed was pleasantly soft, though the shower water didn’t drain properly, but it didn’t matter much.
