The location matched my expectations and I slept well. The room was clean and everything was as described. Parking was secure, letting me unwind. The receptionist was outstanding—I'd rate her 10/10. The lift was broken, so I had to carry a 23 kg suitcase up two flights of stairs; at 67 and in the heat, that was tough. The breakfast could have been better for a European palate. I had to leave a deposit, which is fine, but it’s frustrating that they still hold it after two weeks even though I left the room spotless—this isn’t good customer‑service practice.
