We were in Verona for a concert and liked that it wasn’t far from the station and the arena. The balcony attached to the room was nice, the place was very clean, clearly recently renovated, and the hand‑warmers in the bathroom were useful. Nothing else was problematic.

Easy contactless entry. Our personal details were leaked to a third‑party scammer who now has my Australian phone number and claims I haven’t confirmed our stay, even though we were there weeks ago. I’ve blocked multiple contacts that have reached out, yet they keep harassing us via WhatsApp. They have our booking ID, my phone, my email—everything I provided to this host. They’re also demanding an extra 300 € through a link. The host is unapologetic.

The location was convenient in the city centre. The mattress was extremely comfortable. The host was available and gave precise, detailed instructions for accessing the room. The bathroom, though private, was outside the room.
