We’re regular guests in Chicago and usually stay here. My wife and I got stuck in our room for over five minutes because the door was jammed, so we had to switch rooms because we couldn’t get in.

The place sits right where you can walk to restaurants and other spots, and the staff were friendly and polite; the rooms were clean and the beds super comfortable.

A classy hotel right in the heart of the city, perfect for both vacationers and business travelers.

The staff were exceptional, but there were no complimentary items like coffee or breakfast.

The location is good, but the breakfast cost too much for the limited selection, and my partner, who is gluten‑intolerant, had almost no choices; the room’s air conditioner broke on the first night, and although technicians came, the thermostat still wouldn’t adjust.
