My partner and I spent a night here and I must say, it's an incredible place - if I had known how great it was, I would have stayed for a whole week. Everything was perfect, I'm speechless, and I'm sure we'll be back.

“Nice hotel next to the Ortahisar castle”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which boasts a fantastic location right next to the Ortahisar castle. The rooms were a pleasant surprise, offering plenty of space and a comfortable stay. Overall, I was impressed with my experience here.

“Staff are friendlyand helpful but language can be a problem to explain your needs”

I was blown away by the hotel's decoration and location - it truly is fantastic. However, I did encounter some issues, such as not being able to get room service despite requesting it, which might have been a communication problem. Additionally, the wifi and network only worked for the first night, which was a bit inconvenient.

“Great value for such a cute hotel!”

I found this hotel to be great value for money, with friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent local recommendations and assisted with finding attractions. The hotel's proximity to tourist attractions and ease of street parking were also major pluses. While the breakfast was just average, I felt I got a good deal. However, I did notice some areas for improvement, such as the stone dust coming from the walls and the housekeeping could be more attentive to guests' needs.
