Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
Nothing. Sheets had stains, rubbish left on the floor of the kitchen, no body wash or hand soap, no instant coffee in the room, 10pm quiet hour was not enforced, marijuana smells in the courtyard. UNSAFE!

Nothing the staff was very rude they said my reservation was canceled by but couldn’t explain it and told me to find another hotel after I booked with them and drove 4 hours to get there!. I have stayed there before and loved it that is why I booked it again

No breakfasts offered? Parking was convenient to site. We were without bedding for the sofa bed, and could have used an extra bath towel since there were 3 of us

The idea and what is says is offered is great, especially for us pet owners. Unfortunately they do not have good management and nothing was provided. The front desk was unprofessional and said since we were not happy with the plumbing issues and mold plus the lack of all household items is says is provided from utensils to soap is not. The management- the mold in the airways, vent and in the closet. the backed up toilet and tub. The sliding door that stays open while you shower making the whole bathroom a swimming pool which maintenance never showed up to fix. the very rude staff that stated since I was not happy I can check out when advices of the bathroom issue. The same front desk staff member changed all the information on my reservation. When I checked out of my room it was in someone else’s name. After being told there was no availability For a New ron My receipt says I had changed rooms twice. In the 5 days I stayed I never received utensils which I requested daily
