I had an outstanding stay thanks to the exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the staff, especially receptionist Roam, greeted me warmly and their kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness made the experience even better. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, offering a perfect retreat. The food was delicious, with a wide selection and superb flavor. The highlight was the breathtaking 360‑degree view of Kathmandu; the panoramic scenery was truly mesmerizing and added a magical touch to everything. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu and would love to return.

“We thought Varanasi was a very interesting place to visit”

The place was dirty and smelly, with unwashed bed linens, towels, and floors, and the host was unpleasant. On the bright side, the location is good for walking into Varanasi and for people‑watching.

“Horrible experience”

Nothing about the hotel was good. The walls had paint peeling off, amenities were missing, the toilet was dirty, the pillowcase at check‑in was dirty, the TV didn’t work, there was no restaurant, breakfast was horrible, and there was no bottled drinking water in the room despite paying ₹5500 per night. It was not worth it at all.
