Everything! Barbara & Leo are exceptional hosts, beautiful people and extremely welcoming. Fantastic location and a beautiful home. Highly recommend if you are in or around Piopio you try out this great accommodation.

Barbara & Leo are wonderful hosts, their hospitality is warm & inviting and we enjoyed the chats. We would highly recommend Carmel Farmstay & we’ll definitely be returning, thanks Barbara & Leo from the Team at Country TV, see you next year. The bedrooms are lovely & comfortable, spacious, peaceful & homely. Breakfast each day was excellent – kept my team very happy & set for the day. Short drive from Te Kuiti, minutes from Piopio.
