We booked this hotel for a group trip with three rooms and were completely delighted. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and at home. The staff—whether at reception, housekeeping, or any other service—were exceptionally warm, attentive, and professional; such honest hospitality is rare! Every other aspect of the hotel was flawless: the rooms and common areas were spotless, the breakfast selection was fantastic, fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious, and the location was simply perfect—central yet quiet. The price‑performance ratio is unbeatable. We had a wonderful time, thanked the entire team for the great service, and decided we’ll return. The furniture is a bit old.

I asked for a baby crib four times before finally getting a mattress without sheets or blanket, which took five hours to resolve after I had to contact them five times. The dining staff were unfriendly toward my children, who were upset and angry.

We had to eat breakfast outside the hotel for the first three days while preparations were finished, but afterward we could dine on site. The food was tasty and freshly prepared daily. The location is very good, with everything important nearby. The wardrobes were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, a balcony existed but had no chairs and was never cleaned during my stay. The bed frame was broken and only partially repaired. The mattresses sagged at the edges due to age, though the middle was comfortable. The parking is hard to access; you must hand over your car for the staff to move it into the parking garage. The shower head holder is loose and was taped in place.

I landed in a spot that’s hard to beat, with a breakfast that hit the spot and a room that opened up to a stunning view and a balcony that felt like a private oasis. The staff were on point—helped me photocopy, even fixed my sandals with two screws, and rerouted me to the right airport taxi after I’d booked the wrong one for Sunday. They let me work on my laptop all day when I had to vacate the room at noon, even though my flight wasn’t until 12 hours later, and they gave me solid take‑away recommendations. The only hiccup was the check‑in confusion: I’d already paid, but they insisted I hadn’t and that my booking was advisory. I had to show them screenshots from my bank statement to prove it. Still, they were the most helpful crew I’ve met.
