“very good”
The pool, staff, room, bed, AC and location are all excellent, but the room should have a coffee machine.

The location is very good and there is plenty of parking, but the hotel staff were rude during checkout. We had requested a late check‑out the night before and were approved, yet the next day it was not honored. A male staff member knocked on our door and was rude to us. Additionally, our minibar was disconnected every day (we told reception on our second night) so we couldn’t enjoy cold drinks, and we received a smaller room than the one we had booked, which was annoying.

The bed and pillow were very comfortable and I was very satisfied; the housekeeping was also super clean, leaving the rooms spotless and fresh, and the breakfast was truly good, nutritious and clean.

Everything was wonderful, the breakfast offered an impressive variety from somon to avocado, eggs and cheeses; the location was fantastic with easy access to buses and the best beaches within walking distance. The hotel was very clean, with daily housekeeping, and towels were provided for the beach each day by the staff. Special thanks to Hans for his warm hospitality and the welcome drinks.

The location is good, but we booked two double rooms with balconies and room 103 was fine while room 109 was nowhere near the same level; I requested a move and they shifted me to room 104 for the last three nights, which was a massive upgrade. Room 109 was small with a tiny bathroom and a balcony that only showed a wall or other balconies on that side of the hotel, whereas rooms 103/104 had sea views. I’m not sure how the pricing works if they’re all the same price—they’re not remotely similar. It’s a budget hotel with amazing staff, but it needs a serious upgrade.
