The small suite was comfortable, though it was a bit dark at night even with the lights on, but otherwise nice; my only gripe was that the toilet was too low.

“The room was not fully clean and they have an infestation.”

The only good thing was the location close to the university, but the room was infested with ants and roaches; I showed the night clerk a video and photos, and he said he couldn’t do anything then, told me to speak with the manager the next morning, and when I told the morning clerk he said I should call the owner on Monday. I was given the run‑around for over a week with clerks, the owner never called me, I emailed the videos of the bugs, and I was told they could only see the ants and the roach videos wouldn’t play; as if the ants weren’t disgusting enough, the owner or manager never called to apologize or offer anything for my terrible stay and inconvenience.

The place was comfortable and quiet.

There was absolutely nothing good; bed bugs, mold on the bottom of the mattress on the pull‑out couch, food stuck on the couch cushions, stains on the curtains that were falling off, stains on the floor, squeaky beds, the shower wouldn’t turn on and flooded the floor, and there were bed bugs in the bed—overall we left within 18 minutes of getting our room.
