Only the gentleman who attended to us was decent. Everything else was awful – the place was filthy, the toilet had stuck residue, there was a lot of dust, a damp smell… NO BREAKFAST, a shame.

I had an exceptional experience with the staff, particularly the lady I interacted with, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything. The warm hospitality we received was truly heartwarming, making our stay truly memorable.

While the staff was okay, I was disappointed to find that the windows and doors in our room were leaky, making the accommodation not suitable for winter. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here during the colder months.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location within the medina, with easy access to parking and multiple entry points. However, finding the place initially was a bit of a challenge, but thankfully, the contact provided by the booking service helped us navigate the issue. We had to park our car outside the medina due to a no-parking policy inside, but the cost was relatively low, around 8 euros for a day and a half, which made it a worthwhile option. Taxi fares were also very affordable.

The location of this accommodation within the Medina was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. However, I was disappointed to find that the kitchen was non-existent and lacked basic utensils, and the rooms and common areas were dirty.
