The breakfast was very good; the accommodation is quiet and a bit outside the centre, and the host is very courteous and helpful. The rooms on the upper floor can only be reached via a steep staircase, and some windows were partially impossible to open.

We loved the hospitality and warm greeting that Philippe provided. His estate is really a good value for money and you will for sure appreciate the decoration and his art works too. The room was pretty spacious for 3 and the garden of the property is lovely. We will definitely consider it again whenever we passing by Valenciennes.
