The staff were extremely helpful, yet we had hoped for a queen or king size bed, but the room we received had two double beds and the first night we slept on the first bed, which was very uncomfortable.

The location was great, breakfast tasty and the facilities solid. The laundry area was fantastic, letting you wash your travel clothes easily, and the rooms were spacious. However, the bathroom’s shower mixer wasn’t working, so we couldn’t shower properly, and the cleaning didn’t meet the level we’d expect from a hotel of this caliber—nothing was dirty, but it just wasn’t as clean as we anticipated.

The hotel was friendly and perfectly positioned for Universal Studio, and the rooms were roomy. On the downside, the breakfast was a bit limited and the bar was almost non‑existent, which was disappointing.
