I loved the sustainability efforts, the beaches, and the décor, but the power went out and there were a lot of bushes beside the pool, a lot of mosquitoes, and the season was not helpful because there was no wind.

The place was cozy and the staff were helpful, and the locations were beautiful and atmospheric, but our room wasn’t fresh; we were immediately offered a different room that was clean and fresh.
