“Pathetic.”

Only the location was fine. The room was full of mosquitoes, the smell was awful, and the bathroom tap was dripping. The elevator didn’t work, which was very inconvenient because I was staying with my mother who has trouble climbing stairs and the staff didn’t care. They said the airport shuttle was free but charged 500 rupees when Rapido only asked 120 rupees. They told me to cancel the online reservation and that they would give a free shuttle and a discount, but when I needed a taxi it wasn’t available and no discount was applied. I had a horrible sleepless night in a room full of mosquitoes. Go somewhere else.

“Charge too much”

It was exactly as advertised—nothing at all. There was no chair or table to sit at, and the bathroom lacked basic supplies that the website claimed were available. Even the name of the hotel was misleading; it’s not a place families can comfortably stay. The room had no table or chair, the washroom sometimes ran out of water, the soap was only finger‑length, and there was no bucket. A railway station room would have been a better choice.

The staff at the hotel and restaurant went out of their way to help with every issue, and the airport transfer was well organized. However, the linens were dirty and the room itself was unclean.
