The setup is very basic but well managed; in the morning guests get eggs, bread, jam, tea, and coffee. In my room the AC seemed to malfunction, and in another room the boiler broke, leaving us temporarily without hot water. The staff quickly offered a room change, but we declined and were still allowed to use another room for showering.

I didn't like it at all. The room was old, damp, and had no amenities; the toilet paper was thin like in a mall bathroom, and the bathroom door had to be forced open.

The family room is huge and all the services work fine. The hotel staff are charming, always ready to help and make your stay pleasant. Breakfast is included, and we could drop our bags at reception and pick them up at noon after heading to Erawan.

Good value for money. We booked one night for a quick fix, and it was perfect for that. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast could be better.

The staff were smiling, lovely, and pleasant, and the room was large, clean, and spacious. In the morning they served us coffee/tea and toasted bread with jam. We had a rental car, so it was easy to get anywhere, and there was organized free parking.
