The staff were courteous, especially at breakfast, but as a wheelchair user the shower lacked the necessary adaptations, making it hard to move from the chair to the shower seat.

Breakfast was fine, but there was a lot of noise at night.

The facilities and parking were solid, but the cafeteria disappointed with very poor drinks and high prices—Pisco sour and whisky were the only options, and there was no white wine for sale. In the bedroom, a couple of bottled waters were missing, and the bathroom had a broken fixture that made it impossible to direct the water flow.
