The place was very clean, the staff were friendly and made us feel comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, and having a washing machine and detergent in the room was a huge help. Getting to the main sights was easy and ideal.

The room was nicely furnished and the bed was very comfy. Everything was very clean, and the shower was spacious and powerful. The location was incredibly convenient for all of the main sights in Florence, and the staff were very helpful. My food allergies were accommodated very well, and they added special touches for our honeymoon. A small amount of noise was still audible, but this is expected given the central location. The venue does provide earplugs, and if you open the windows for a moment, you’ll appreciate how much noise the windows already keep out.

Clean, close to everything. The AC was not great. When we opened the windows to cool off it was very noisy being in the center of everything.

The quality, cleanliness and size of the room, the kindness and availability of the staff, the good breakfasts and the proximity to all of Florence’s activities. One small drawback: the outside music on some evenings, despite excellent soundproofing.

The property had a great central location, minutes from the Duomo and museums, excellent restaurants nearby. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.
