The sauna was also a real highlight
The hotel was spotless, and I loved how convenient it was to use the facilities
The room itself was a bit small

It was a good spot for traveling with family and the location was convenient, but the ventilation was so weak that the room smelled a bit.
The location was convenient, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the room was well kept and the bed comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep, especially since the linens didn’t emit any unpleasant odor. Still, the property felt more like a residence than a hotel – there were many drawbacks for preparing a simple meal, like the lack of basic kitchen tools such as detergent, scissors and a knife, and although an induction cooktop was present it couldn’t be used. Guests also had to sort their own trash, which reinforced the residence vibe, and the kitchen setup wasn’t really suitable for cooking. The pool was smaller than expected and didn’t satisfy the children we brought along. Because it was a holiday period, the rate was steep, yet the facilities and service didn’t match the price, so anyone hoping for a typical 3‑ or 4‑star hotel experience would likely be disappointed and I can’t recommend it given the low value for money.
“Great room, pool and kids play areas. Don’t expect to be able to use the kitchen”
The rooms were clean and spacious. The mattresses in the second bedroom were thin and uncomfortable, while the main bed was fine. The pool and kids’ play areas were great. The place advertises a kitchen, but aside from the fridge it is unusable because there are no plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, washing‑up items, a microwave, pots, or pans.
“Worst nightmare”
The room had a flat‑screen TV that let us stream Netflix, and a laundry machine was a handy bonus. Nearby, there were plenty of restaurants and cafés. The gym was small and a bit dated, yet it had everything needed for a workout. However, I would warn western tourists: my husband from Portugal and I from the Netherlands were shocked when we arrived. A pool party was underway, with Kanye West’s music blasting and the pool overcrowded with inflatable floats. In the evening a cover band performed Korean versions of ABBA songs, which felt like a nightmare rather than a relaxing holiday, so we never used the pool. The room could have been cleaner; we found someone else’s used lenses next to the bed. A cooking plate was present, but no utensils and cooking was prohibited, which seemed odd. During our five‑night stay the room was cleaned only once, and trash was taken out only once. The hotel had about 230 rooms per building but only two elevators per building, causing long waits, and the corridors lacked AC. The underground parking garage was chaotic, poorly signed, and often full, making it an effort to find a spot each day. We regretted booking those five nights and felt the price was too high for what was offered.
Our family of five stayed in a suite‑family and found it worked well, especially because the bed was larger than a standard queen or king. The only downside was that some of the décor looked worn, with peeling wallpaper and similar signs of ageing.
