The staff were helpful and the food was good, but the slippers in the room were worn out and made me feel uneasy, and the vending machine only sold Evian water—no soft water options.

The building looked old, yet the cleaning was meticulous, the staff were friendly, the hot spring was nice, and the breakfast and dinner were delicious.

The room rate, buffet, and hot spring were great, but after checkout the heavy rain caused the nearby bus line to cancel, so it would have helped to have information on transport during bad weather.

The food was delicious and the drink service was attentive, but the slippers in the room looked old and dirty, and the changing area at the hot‑spring was overly humid with a soggy floor that felt unpleasant.
